Complaints

We hope that you never have need to complain about the services provided by us.   However, in the unlikely event that you do wish to complain, we set out below our complaints procedure:

1.  All complaints must be made in writing to mediation@laurencegray.com and will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt.

2.  All complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt.

3.  If the response is not accepted the complainant can appeal to the CMC on certain grounds - details of the CMC's appeal processes can be found at https://civilmediation.org/for-the-public/complaints/
